“Visited Thai Odyssey @ Fahrenheit88 recently and had a very pleasant experience overall. The service was great, and the staff were responsive and attentive throughout the visit. Both the front desk staff and the massage therapists were friendly and professional, which made the experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The massage itself was satisfying, especially if you enjoy stronger pressure massages. The ladies there are strong and experienced, and they were able to target the tense areas quite well. Definitely left feeling much more relaxed afterwards. Things to note: the massage pressure can be strong, so it’s better to let them know early if you prefer something gentler or want any adjustments during the session. The outlet also seems quite popular during weekends. Tip: Book early on weekends and don’t hesitate to communicate your preferred pressure level so the massage can be customised more comfortably for you.”

“Amazing oil massage with hot herbal compress by a lady Thai masseuse, I regret not getting her name. I had a bad shoulder and neck (office syndrome) and she could spot the issue and carefully try to work out the tension. Massage done on the floor, not high bed, but the setup was comfortable. Clean rooms. Easy access from Pavilion mall from the underground passage. Prices are clearly stated. Credit card accepted for payment.”

“I walked into Thai Odyssey at Fahrenheit without a booking, and at that time, only the oil massage was available. I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did — it was the best massage I’ve had so far! I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. “Most disappointing experience I’ve had at a Thai Odyssey TL;DR painful and poor massage technique and service I opted for the aromatherapy massage which was around $75 SGD for 90 minutes. This is considerably expensive in Malaysia so I was expecting at least a decent service, but was disappointed to find my therapist not putting any effort in the massage. She started off really lightly and did not ask if the pressure was alright. When I requested for her to increase the pressure, she ended up pressing directly against my SPINE using her elbow which hurt immensely. It was extremely uncomfortable and luckily she could sense the discomfort and offered to switch to another therapist. The second therapist was slightly better in the sense that she wasn’t trying to destroy my spine, but she still started by rubbing her elbow against my spine which was disturbing. 2 stars just for the fact that she put strength and effort into her massage, but once again there was no technique whatsoever. Both therapists just felt like they were oiling my body instead of giving a proper massage. They switched abruptly from my shoulders to my lower back and from using their elbows to their fingers randomly. The left and right side also felt different and imbalanced. I usually fall asleep within 20-30 minutes of a body massage, but I was painfully awake throughout this entire ordeal especially in the first 30 minutes when they were pressing on my spine. Overall the massage was average at best which would be okay if not for the premium price. I was also disappointed to find that they did not make up for the waste of time in changing therapist (about 5 - 10 minutes) at all and did not apologise for the trouble. My back is bruised the next day from the massage, something I have never experience before I would not recommend this outlet and would not visit Thai Odyssey again due to the inconsistencies in their service provided”

“Very bad massage done for foot. Seen recent reviews thought it had improved after years but it got worst. This lady have full energy to screw you with the stick and all she does was pull and crack your toe and hand most of the time and put the lotion or cream. No place for you to put on your shoe and leave you to settle yourself. Never coming back again.”
